My “Why”
I’ve spent nearly two decades building and advising global organizations — leading HR strategy, org design, and talent transformation for multi-billion-dollar businesses.
I’ve also spent a lifetime navigating what it means to be a high-performing Black woman in spaces that celebrate your excellence while silently exhausting your spirit.
I built Ile Ori Coaching because I know what it feels like to carry it all — to be brilliant, capable, and accomplished — yet still feel out of alignment with yourself.
The titles were there. The salary was there. But peace? Presence? Purpose?
Those required a different kind of strategy.
Through my own journey — from corporate boardrooms to spiritual altars — I learned that true leadership begins with consciousness.
When you align your Ori (your inner head, your divine compass), you stop leading from survival and start leading from sovereignty.
That’s the work I do now: helping Black women leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs reconnect to who they are beneath the performance — and build the clarity, wealth, and freedom that alignment makes possible.
What I Believe
I believe transformation isn’t about doing more — it’s about remembering who you are.
I believe peace is not the opposite of power — it’s the source of it.
And I believe Black women deserve spaces that honor both their brilliance and their becoming.
Through Ile Ori Coaching, I create those spaces — where strategy meets spirit, where leadership meets lineage, and where the next generation of Black women leaders rise without losing themselves.
My Work Expands Beyond Coaching
I’m also the founder of Ayedun Retreats LLC, a spiritual and leadership immersion experience for initiated women and seekers of renewal
And through Ile Properties & Investments LLC, I’m building tangible legacy — turning real estate into generational wealth vehicles for my family and community.
Every facet of my work — from executive coaching to property investment — reflects one truth:
