At Ile Ori Coaching, I specialize in simplifying leadership. Ile Ori (pronounced ee-lay oh-ree) is a Yoruba term meaning “house of consciousness.” It represents the sacred center of self — the meeting place between divine intuition and deliberate action — where true transformation begins.

Women of color remain vastly underrepresented in executive leadership --collectively holding less than 5% of C-suite roles despite making up nearly 40% of the U.S. workforce. Across racial groups, we face persistent pay gaps, with Black women earning 68 cents, Latina women earning 57 cents, and Indigenous women earning 60 cents for every dollar paid to white men.
